Position Title: eCommerce Manager

Location: STEDI - Truganina VIC

Reports To: General Manager

Our rapid global growth means we are looking for our next eCommerce Manager to develop and implement our local & global eCommerce strategy to service our engaged customer base. This role is based in our Truganina head office (1/1 Magnesium Place, Truganina) and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to run a full end-to-end ecommerce solution.

 

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Deliver & drive eCommerce performance across local and global markets including achieving budgeted sales targets.
  • Develop & lead strategies for eCommerce, customer engagement & conversion.
  • Manage & lead eCommerce projects across local and global markets.
  • Provide insights and opportunities by leveraging Digital analytics & data platforms.
  • Work closely with our media, operations, and product teams to deliver overall Digital & Content strategy.
  • Manage Email Marketing & Marketing Automation platforms to deliver the STEDI brand experience.
  • Work closely with technical 3rd party vendors to deliver & maintain eCommerce operations.
  • Overall accountability for STEDI retail website and CMS systems including content scheduling & SEO optimisation.
  • Manage performance (paid) marketing platforms & partners.
  • Work closely with marketplace vendors (e.g. EBay/Amazon) to manage multi-channel strategy.
  • Manage in house Content Producer to activate and merchandise STEDI retail website.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong background in Adobe/Magento or other eCommerce & CMS platforms (5+ years).
  • Strong technical knowledge of eCommerce systems & integrations.
  • Digital native with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences online.
  • Ability to analyse & report on customer journeys, life cycle & optimisation to recommend deliverable enhancements to eCommerce experience/platforms.
  • Proven project management experience with 3rd party vendors.
  • Strong communication and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong understand of marketplaces and multi-channel management.
  • Great communicator that has a positive team attitude.
  • Team player that genuinely enjoys working with other divisions to deliver leading customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated passionate operator that is invested in personal development.

Position Title: Online Merchandise Coordinator

Location: STEDI - Truganina VIC

Reports To: eCommerce Manager

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in both maintaining improving the STEDI website and online sales channels. Working closely with the digital marketing team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring products are merchandised effectively across multiple sales channels, in a timely manner in accordance with the overarching digital guidelines and merchandising principles of STEDI.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and creating product listings into multiple sales channels (e.g. web, wholesale, google, eBay, Amazon, feeds).
  • Data integrity checks and cleansing of online product information and digital assets.
  • Executing key SEO deliverables in accordance with overarching SEO strategies.
  • Data driven visual merchandising of events to drive customer engagement and conversion across the site.
  • Ensuring products are properly mapped across website, wholesale, marketplace and digital advertising channels.
  • Visual Merchandise product listing pages, homepage, content landing pages
  • Creating and maintaining bundled products
  • Supporting the Ecommerce Manager with analysis to ensure products are available and meet QA guidlines
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with multiple parties across various digital systems.

Requirements:

  • Positive, collaborative, solution focused and can-do approach to your work.
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a digital retail environment
  • Experience using Content Management System/ Ecommerce platform, ideally Magento.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. 
  • Experienced using third-party website peripheral platforms (Analytics, Merchant Centre, Review Platforms etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Analytical, data driven with a passion for numbers.
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment.

Our rapid global growth means we are looking for our next Operations Manager to develop and implement our Warehouse & Operations plans to deliver the STEDI experience to our growing customer base. This role is based in our Truganina head office (1/1 Magnesium Place, Truganina).

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ownership of STEDI DC Operations & Fulfillment including commercial targets.
  • Develop & lead strategies for DC and supply chain operations delivering both operational & commercial efficiencies.
  • Establishing the STEDI Operational & Warehouse 5-year strategic roadmap.
  • Developing & administering policies and practices in line with both group policy and STEDI facility requirements.
  • Coordinating and managing inbound & outbound teams to deliver required operational KPI’s and customer experience.
  • Work with local & global suppliers to optimise inbound & outbound freight operations.
  • Develop and execute supplier performance reporting.
  • Oversee the development of new global logistics planning roles.
  • Developing & managing operational & performance KPI’s focussed on continuous improvement.
  • Manage STEDI inventory management team to deliver optimisation opportunities.
  • Own & Optimise Warehouse & WMS systems and processes to deliver operational efficiency.
  • Develop WMS technical roadmap for the STEDI business.
  • Engage and leverage wider GPC group warehouse & logistics teams to deliver operational efficiencies.
  • Overall commercial management of STEDI facility including property & outgoings.
  • Identify and implement training & development opportunities for all warehouse & operational teams.
  • General maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse & operations areas.
  • Safety & Training ownership of all operational team members in line with group policy.

Skills and experience:
